This is a great and
entertaining documentary. It shows a team of
marketing geniuses, hired by big labeled record
companies, trying to create success. And in 1993
Virgin and MCA had a challenge. They signed Meat
Loaf, who got lost by the public eye in the mid 80's
after his successful BAT OUT OF HELL record. And
now, 15 years later, the sequel was in the making.
This documentary shows the dedication of Meat Loaf,
the marketing machine of the record companies and
how they try to get in the favor of the customer.
This documentary, broadcasted by the BBC, gives a
great impression of working in the music industries
in the early 90's. It's fun, intriguing and
sometimes even shocking. All in all a real treat
that gets 4 out of 5 stars!
